My life's work revolves around empowering individuals through psychotherapy, offering a safe space for self-exploration, growth, and self-love. With over 5 years of dedicated experience in the mental health field, I've had the privilege of working as a grief counsellor and mental health manager within the South Asian community. My passion for this field stems from a deep love for helping others navigate their mental health journeys.

My largest work experience comes from my lived experience of having an anxious mind. Through my personal struggles, I've learned invaluable ways to calm my mind and find mindfulness. Now, I am passionately committed to helping others live a mindful life.
